Frequently asked questions

Yes, MEDOX is free for everyone — owners, businesses and shelters. You can search for a vet, dog groomer and trainer, browse dogs available for adoption, and report a lost dog at no cost, and businesses list their profile, price list and products for free too. Owners can add the AI tools as an optional extra.

Download the MEDOX app and the search will instantly show the vets, dog groomers, trainers and boarding services near you based on your city or location — with reviews, opening hours and one-tap contact details.

In the app you can create a lost dog alert with a photo and location in just a few seconds. Owners nearby are notified, greatly improving the chance of a quick, happy reunion. You can report a found dog the same way.

In the adoption section you can browse dogs looking for a home from UK shelters, filtered by breed, size and city. When you find the right one, you can contact the shelter directly through the app.

Shelters list what they need and point you to their own donation page. MEDOX does not handle any money — your support goes directly to the shelter through their own secure platform.

Register as a provider in the MEDOX app — your profile appears in the search results for your city, with photos, contact details, reviews and your price list, and you can list your products in the shop. All of it is free.

Nothing. Registration, your profile, your price list and listing your products in the shop are all free for businesses — there is no subscription, and MEDOX takes no commission on sales.

Dog grooming, vet, dog training school and trainer, dog boarding and daycare, dog walker and pet sitter, and a pet pharmacy — every essential dog service in one place, nationwide.

MEDOX is available on Android and iOS devices. Download the app, create a free account, and you can use all the features within minutes.
